High Temperature Assemblies

Ceramic Protection tube assemblies are used to protect the thermocouple wires from hostile environments and mechanical damage. Ceramic Protection tubes are high quality non-porous tubes and predominately used with platinum thermocouples. MTI offers ceramic tubes in both alumina and mullite material. We also offer silicon carbide tubes, metal protection tubes and other special application materials.
